David Gorson, Broker/President
A native Miami resident, David Gorson is a licensed Florida real estate broker, an active member of the Florida bar, and an NMLS licensed loan originator. The son of prominent real estate attorney Matthew Gorson and top producing Miami realtor Shelley Gorson, David naturally became an expert in Miami real estate. Over the past 10 years, David has gained experience working for top real estate investors, developers, and finance companies, including the Related Group, the CIM Group, and the Development Group of South Florida under the guidance of renowned real estate mind, Tom Daly. Through his work experience, David has handled hundreds of transactions from contract through closing on residential and commercial sales and leases. Educated at some of the country’s premier institutions, David earned his J.D. from UCLA Law School, a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from the University of Virginia, and attended Ransom Everglades high school in Coconut Grove. David has been a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami for over 5 years, and spends part of every week with Ishmael Jones, his little brother as part of his commitment to helping the future of the Miami community. David is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Megan Probst, Sales Professional
Megan Probst grew up in the vibrant culture of Jamaica where her family has made an impactful mark on the hospitality and land development sector. After settling in South Florida at a young age and graduating from American Heritage School, Megan pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida. Megan participated in both her Sorioity and Mock Trial team, enhancing her social and academic foundation. With a Communications and Legal studies degree, she actively works in the Real Estate and Hospitality field. Her intellectual studies and background have enabled her to not only assist her clients but offer many services while one settles into a home or maximizes an investment.

Juan Restrepo, Sales Professional
Juan Restrepo is an upper classman at the University of Miami majoring in Real Estate and has been a licensed real estate agent for several years. Juan specializes in the University of Miami area where he has helped many UM students find the perfect place to spend their college years. He is a Miami local and has lived in Miami for 12 years in which he has gained extensive knowledge of all of Miami's diverse neighborhoods.
Yuliya Olvy, Analyst and Property Manager
Yuliya is an experienced real estate professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois. Yuliya has over 5 years of work experience in both architectural design and construction management. Yuliya currently specializes in financial modeling analysis and property management for investment clients of U Realty Group.
